Amber Wise has always been Superior in her Field at the Bank! Excellent Service and Knowledge! Friendly and Helpful! I was told to switch banks once my local US bank shut down, Never! I’m sticking with this Elyria Branch even if I have to drive 30 minutes away! It’s worth it! Thank you for making Banking easy! Well Done! Customer service here is so trash. They constantly ask you, the customer, to hand over phone, ID, forget to give them back. One day I can do a 2k transfer the next day I can’t make one for half that amount. Clerks have attitude instead of intelligence when it comes to people; ask me to write down my account number instead of demanding my phone to make your job slightly easier….
