Customer service here is so trash. They constantly ask you, the customer, to hand over phone, ID, forget to give them back. One day I can do a 2k transfer the next day I can’t make one for half that amount. Clerks have attitude instead of intelligence when it comes to people; ask me to write down my account number instead of demanding my phone to make your job slightly easier….
I like US Bank the staff are nice. Once I start getting my paperwork done I will be going back to US Bank
I Use this location regularly and have to say that this is the best group of ladies. The employees get to know all the customers on a 1 on 1 level and make u feel like you are family. I cant say enough about this location's staff.
