I was pessimistic when I arrived at the bank with less than 30 minutes before close and without an appointment, but they took care of everything quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. Dustin was very nice and personable and made me feel at ease. He made sure I had everything I needed and answered all of my questions. I am thankful and grateful that I found this branch. Best experience I’ve ever had at a bank.

Worst. US Bank. Location. There are many other banking options near this location and after today, I will be moving at least one of our accounts and we have been customers since at least 1988. Evidently branches can turn off their phone if they are busy, I would assume this bank NEVER lets calls through no matter if they are busy or not. I did not have a good experience with this bank. They lack customer service experience and empathy.
My family's experience with this US bank was extremely disappointing. Despite the bank claiming to be understaffed, we found an employee with access sitting idle, prioritizing other tasks over assisting customers. This blatant disregard for our needs and the inefficient service provided during our attempt to open a lockbox raises serious concerns about the bank's commitment to customer service.
