Slow. Would rather take golf then help customers
I've called the bank 6 times today from 3 different numbers and could never get anyone to answer the phone.
Jeff was very helpful opening a new account and with my transaction.
Very difficult bank. Most online transactions fail midway due to system errors. Can’t receive paper statements, have tried through settings numerous times, keeps giving messages that “try again later, experiencing problems…”
