This branch has been going downhill for years. There never seems to be hardly any workers in there. They certainly don't take care of the building. It's fine if you need to do a teller transaction and don't mind waiting. If US Bank won't adequately staff or take care of this Branch, then please close it down.
The staff at this branch have been incredibly helpful. Our account was hacked and they’ve walked us through new accounts and freezing the old ones! Special thanks to Ricardo and Nick! A+

I've called the bank 6 times today from 3 different numbers and could never get anyone to answer the phone.
