I've been banking here for 40 years and have always been impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone I've worked with there. My recent interaction with Debbie K. was stellar. She was as knowledgeable and helpful as she was kind and friendly -- not to mention wonderfully patient. If I could I'd give her a raise.

Please fix your ATM lot exit. I just about broke my neck leaving your ATM. I know the exit has been bad for a while, but this time my car just crashed down out of the lot. I hope my car doesn't have damage. My back and neck are messed up now. And to top it off, the ATM was offline. Please get this fixed before someone gets more seriously hurt. You can start to fix this by at least posting a warning.
Not great if you need to speak to anyone at the Lake St Louis branch. If you call, no one EVER answers. Even if you call a direct line, you can’t leave a message. Automated prompts need to be updated. I get transferred to the “customer service” line EVERY time, then you need to start over. Not helpful but at least someone actually picks up the phone even if they are in another state. Ridiculous
