Please fix your ATM lot exit. I just about broke my neck leaving your ATM. I know the exit has been bad for a while, but this time my car just crashed down out of the lot. I hope my car doesn't have damage. My back and neck are messed up now. And to top it off, the ATM was offline. Please get this fixed before someone gets more seriously hurt. You can start to fix this by at least posting a warning.
Not great if you need to speak to anyone at the Lake St Louis branch. If you call, no one EVER answers. Even if you call a direct line, you can’t leave a message. Automated prompts need to be updated. I get transferred to the “customer service” line EVERY time, then you need to start over. Not helpful but at least someone actually picks up the phone even if they are in another state. Ridiculous

I switch to this bank a couple years ago and I can’t wait to go to chase. I opened a business account with U.S bank. Biggest mistake. I put my card on file for all my business expenses and they canceled my card that I just got within four months because of a “security protocol.” so they send me a new card the following day. And I’m looking at my current statement and I have two charges for $1482 from Microsoft which twice that wasn’t authorized TWICE.
