I can here for the first time last week to reopen and account after moving back into state. I got help from Sarah. And might I say she was absolutely amazing to deal with. She had such an uplifting personality with such bright energy. I can back after the weekend with some questions and needing to open and other account I waited 10-15 minutes just to have her helped again. And of course she was amazing again. I will only deal with her when I come to this us bank and absolutely glad I came in a delt with her.
Great location, they are always very helpful. I especially appreciate Brandon S for helping me get a loan for a vehicle. He made it very easy, absolutely top notch customer service at this location. I wouldn't hesitate to bank here or work with Brandon.
I've been banking here for 40 years and have always been impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone I've worked with there. My recent interaction with Debbie K. was stellar. She was as knowledgeable and helpful as she was kind and friendly -- not to mention wonderfully patient. If I could I'd give her a raise.
Debbie is the best! Very helpful and follows through with answers. She’s the best!
