US Bank is not my favorite place to bank. I seldom find ‘friendly’ associates.

Been here a few times for new accounts, moving money, closing accounts, ordering checks and cards. Minus the wait times (which hardly happen) this place is always nice to go to. Anyone I've had to interact with has been extremely kind and very helpful. No matter how simple of a question I've asked. Might sound like a lot, but as far as banks go this one is great. Military friendly.
