The staff at this store, going back to Karen's days as a the manager, have been tremendously helpful in all my banking needs. They're all a bunch of professionals.
Closed a home equity line of credit at this branch. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The atm is super convenient too.
Getting to the the actually bank was stupid, we drove BEHIND the strip mall because that's where the directions told us to go.
My wife and I made a deposit shortly after our wedding. After counting the deposit individually and coming up with our deposit total we deposited that amount at this branch. The teller also counted our deposit and came up with the same number. We received a deposit slip for that amount. A few days later the bank tells us we deposited $100 less than we thought and debited our account $100.
