The nice lady (I can’t remember her name) helped me dispute a transaction amd get my money back after I got scammed. She was super nice and helpful.
This US bank location is our favorite. The employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and because we frequent that location weekly they know us by name. They are very professional and also personable, always asking how her day is calling us by name and we never leave there without them, asking if there’s anything else I can help with.
