Out of all the banks I have dealt with in my life time, and I'm 66 years old. This is the most friendly, and understanding bank I have ever dealt with. Thank you US bank. I do recommend this bank.
The Branch Manager spent so much time helping me navigate a challenging financial issue that I can't praise him high enough. I'm now very confident I have joined the right bank and branch.
Been a loyal customer for years. Went to make a deposit and guess what? They are closed. Indefinitely. Every branch in Marin county. None open. Unable to make deposits in person as I do not have an ATM card. How many elderly people will find themselves here? Until ATM card arrives, all of my bills will have to wait to be paid. Poor, poor, response to the current Corona issue.
I really like their staff and manager. However one woman encouraged me to get a new credit card that could not do a balance transfer, which is what I actually wanted it for
Dislike. They nickled and dimed me with fees. Support local Redwood Credit Union!
