I became a member of USBank at this location because I have a disability and not drive. I needed to deposit coins and once again after lugging over $200 worth of coins I was told the machine is broken again. It was literally working two days ago. On tip of that this back will not count coins past 4:30pm when they are open till 5:00. I have missed out on doing this One Basic banking need because of laziness and lack of up to date technology. Beatriz had good customer service but did NOT get my account done. I’ve been waiting for my card for 3 weeks now, I sent the documents she requested which she never sent in, I had to go into another branch so they could sent the document accordingly, in which I realized she had misspelled my spouses name, which would of ended in a longer wait period. The other branch sent was great, now I hope to finally receive my card in the next 2-3 days 🤞
African girl at the counter has a horrible attitude and apparently they don’t accept rolled coins. When I offered to unroll them, they said no our machine broke yesterday
