I have never been asked for a ID to just deposit money. I didn’t have my ID. I went to another bank had no issue.
Dang closed inside again- no warning
Branch manager from 6 months ago is incompetent and messed up name change and we are basically starting the process all over again with another branch. During the process he was more concerned with telling awkward jokes than putting in the correct information.
AVOID THIS BRANCH! Customer service here is awful. Staff (specifically certain tellers) here talk down to you and make you think you are doing something wrong and are stupid. On multiple occasions they have not put my checks into my bank account for made up reasons. I had no problem with the same checks when I did mobile deposit and after the second incident when I visited another branch.
