Wow. Would give zero stars if that was an option. 22 minutes on hold and having to call back just to talk to someone in order to remove fees I was previously told I would not incurr were charged. Second bad waste my time and money experience in two week. Good luck getting a hold of someone by phone. Use a different branch or better yet a different bank.
We had an issue with the ATM taking our deposited money. Really appreciate the teller who cared more about leaving on time then the 500$ I deposited that didn’t get counted. So happy to wait 10 business days for my money to appear in my account. Now this weekend is blown. Thanks so much. The reason my husband and I will be done with this bank.
Terrible customer service. Waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes with no service!!! Why even have those lanes open if you are not going to serve them?
Genuinely confused as to why this has such bad reviews, I've never had any issues here, always good service and worst I've dealt with I'd backend issues with their system which happens and maybe a line on Mondays, all reasonable things that aren't a big deal.
I have always had courteous service from this bank and the one in Lakeland when I lived there...but then I am courteous to them as well. Perhaps some of these complainers should look to themselves as possibly surly customers who blame the bankers for short staffing when it is so difficult to hire workers who want to and will work an 8 hour day.
