very rude employees would rather drive few extra miles to go to a different branch
After reading some of the negative reviews, I wondered what to expect when planning to visit the Loomis branch for the first time. I'm happy to report my experience was quite positive. The teller was professional, knowledgeable, well-groomed, and had a pleasant demeanor. I went inside the branch shortly before 3:00 p.m., and there was only one person at the teller's window. The client relations consultant, Michelle Ganoza, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She helped me to set up my account, get online access started, first deposits made, and use of all features so I can maximize their offerings. I have switched over to US Bank from being a lifetime member with BofA (since 1995) because of her service
Horrible experience! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY REASON!!! I applied for a HELOC with a locked rate and come to find out it was an adjustable rate. We asked over and over throughout the signing process if it was fixed and we were assured it was. Years later, we realized the rate doubled and its interest only on the stated monthly payment.
