Amazing customer service! I booked an appointment to go over banking information for my business. The whole appointment was about 45 minutes with no wait time. Michelle helped me. She was warm and kind. She walked me through the different benefits. I didn't feel rushed at all—overall, a great bank with an awesome atmosphere!

After reading some of the negative reviews, I wondered what to expect when planning to visit the Loomis branch for the first time. I'm happy to report my experience was quite positive. The teller was professional, knowledgeable, well-groomed, and had a pleasant demeanor. I went inside the branch shortly before 3:00 p.m., and there was only one person at the teller's window.
