The client relations consultant, Michelle Ganoza, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She helped me to set up my account, get online access started, first deposits made, and use of all features so I can maximize their offerings. I have switched over to US Bank from being a lifetime member with BofA (since 1995) because of her service
Horrible experience! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY REASON!!! I applied for a HELOC with a locked rate and come to find out it was an adjustable rate. We asked over and over throughout the signing process if it was fixed and we were assured it was. Years later, we realized the rate doubled and its interest only on the stated monthly payment. used to hate this branch. but the last year or two they've had a woman named michelle there. she's amazing. she always remembers my name and my nick name. she works really really hard for us always. Today she literally helped 3 other customers at the same time she helped me. i hope she makes 'bank' working there. if it weren't for her i would have changed banks completely
Three workers in the building with no business inside, and they said I wouldn’t be able to setup a bank account until next week
