Nice, friendly and very helpful love this bank
These 5 Stars are not for the branch itself but for two absolutely OUTSTANDING employees! They would be, Mike Mendoza and Stephan Martinez. NEVER have I received such kind, compassionate and in depth assistance at a bank, nor almost anywhere else. Mike started the ball rolling for me by reaching out to the "problem" employee at a Bay Area US Bank branch regarding the transfer of a trust.
