Twice I have dealt with an employee whose name starts with a K, and both times she has been very inept at knowing what to do. Like so bad that I knew she was doing it wrong and potentially risking my account to fraud. The second time I just told her to cancel what we were doing, hoping to get more intelligent service elsewhere. Maybe she is new, but if so she needs more training before being allowed to help customers.

Horrible customer service. I walk in, and nobody is in line. I stand, and wait for 10 mins, with no we will be right with you. The lady doesn't even look in my direction. The whole time she is talking to a customer about her family. She then helps the drive thru, even though I've been waiting longer, and they just pulled up. I will never visit this location again, extremely unprofessional, and a lack of respect for people's time!
