Waste of time
I called the branch to inquire about what product that they had that would be best for my situation. I was able to speak with Chris and he helped me figure out exactly what I needed.

I opened a new account online since my bank in California wasn’t out here in Missouri. The first deposit was held and I called my local branch and Jordan answered the phone. She was great, able to assist me, and efficient! If customer service would’ve just told me to call a local branch versus email everyone, this would’ve been done so much sooner. If you need assistance she is going to be my go-to person if I ever need to go into the branch. Thanks again Jordan!
