Wonderful and efficient service! We were helped by Kevin, who was patient and understanding, even explaining things we didn't quite understand. All in all, we left satisfied and got the things we wanted to do done.
I came in this afternoon to close my accounts after switching to a different bank, expecting it to be a quick and straightforward process. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Instead of handling my request professionally, I was met with unsolicited and inappropriate comments about the bank I chose, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary.
