Worst service I've ever had waited in line with one person in front of me for 20mins instead getting another employee to help
They will absolutely change your charges around to get as many over draft fees as possible folks. I have watched it 3 times now and have taken pictures. When you call they will not wave overdraft fees. Just go with a credit union who will just deny the charge and not put you in debt with fees. If anyone wants the pics I can send them because commerce bank did things like this and they had a class action lawsuit and we won.
Wonderful people work here! This will be my preferred location when I come home to St. Charles.
