I went on my mobile app to stop automatic payment of a bill. The app does not state a $35.00 fee. Until I looked at my account and seen it. They took $35 without my consent 3 times!! And refuse to return the fees. The customer should be notified that there is a $35 fee per transaction. And not just take what they want without your knowledge! Very disappointed in US Bank for that!
The black girl that seems to always be in the drive thru is terribly rude, I live a few miles away from this branch but drive to the Conway branch just to avoid that woman.
