I met with the mortgage specialist to discuss a mortgage refinance. I was looking to potential refinance to a 30 year fixed mortgage to lock the interest rate for life after completing a cash out refinance with a different lender. The mortgage specialist had little interest in helping. He didn't provide me with all the options available to me including closing costs and timeline. There is a US Bank in Intel JF5 office (adjacent to JF5 cafeteria, not in the parking lot). Employees are friendly, they treat respectfully and they respond quickly. It is not crowded as it is inside the office and Intel employees are the only customers to visit.
