This review is based on an ATM experience only. I was trying to get some cash quickly so I stopped to use the ATM. The ATM was filthy and spider webs all over it. I don't think they ever cleaned it. With COVID going on this should be cleaned multiple times a day! So disappointed!
My husband who has been a customer of US Bank for over 20 years and have been to multiple branches as he has moved from cities and neighborhoods, has never had to experience such scrutiny to deposit a check sponsored by me and/or notarize documents. Chase didn't blink when we asked for similar requests.
Slowest Service in the country. Usbank is the worst bank in Chicago. UPDATE: The ladies that work at this location are always very nice. Too bad they work for US Bank. 2 stars for the employees only. Add: Thanks for the template responses! Shows you cant even think of what to say because you know i'm right.
