The branch manager Melissa is absolutely no help at all. The bank is holding my funds and when I call they tell me a branch manager is the only one who can help but she says she can’t do anything. I feel discriminated upon and the lack of professionalism is unreal. No other bankers have any answers for me as it seems Melissa told them to not interact with me.
Significantly long wait every time I come to this location
