Turned off my card without any notification at all. Said it expired, its not supposed to expire till the year 2030. And here I am looking like a complete idiot at the checkout and can't buy anything.
Within the first week, I’ve been locked out of my money so I couldn’t work, and when I tried to use the overdraft coverage to spot the little bit missing for a bill for that, it refused to work. Come to find out, they don’t tell you that you basically just have to go to the atm and pray they don’t say no. If I wanted to go somewhere and hope the service I signed for would work in exchange for possibly maybe getting spotted money when I needed it, I’d have went to church, not the atm.
Helpful knowledgeable staff: I left understanding the process and what to expect next.
Melissa has been great for business and has helped me with several projects and I would give this branch a 5-star if it weren’t for the problem that I have had with the automatic drive through.
