Came here to do my banking as it is one of few open on a Saturday but they closed earlier than posted on their website and windows and when I showed them the real time they referenced a hanging clock on their wall that was set faster than satellite time of my phone and AppleWatch. I guess US Bank would rather gaslight customers about time instead of providing simple customer service. Good thing I took a Timestamp video that records exact dates and times for my formal complaint to corporate office.
You have a ugly stain spot in front of your atm you need cleaned.
In all my years of banking this has to be the worst branch I have ever walked up to. I hope the staff changes soon. I will stick to my branch and the other one I went to who apologized for this one. The store is inside Albertson's and has very limited space. Very small branch 2 standing and one sitting spot very tight together. My Problem was the clerk that I ran into. My problem, I have AUS bank. Is that when I had fraud on alert on my phone and on my? Banking account for them to call me. They didn't bother to call me and let me know what's going on. So I had to move my checking account after 20 years of being with you guys. That is not a good policy.
