⭐ **1 star** I never felt so humiliated by a business before, and it was the branch manager, David Landals, who made the experience unbearable. I went to the bank to deposit a bucket of quarters that I collected over 5 years from the washing machine in my rental apartment. He asked where the quarters came from, and when I explained, he said that it's considered a business transaction, so I would need to open a business account for them to count my quarters. So sad. I understand people have good days and bad days, but everyday, it gets worse and worse don't know why I don't understand it, you would think after so long they will fix the problem. Every time I cashed check every time I deposit there's an issue. The dates wrong, the last letter looks different. I left this bank, but. The reason? Is because of people charging fees and pocketing money pretty soon that bank ain't gonna be there, no more, and somebody will be going to jail, it's hard for a lot of people. This is by far the worst bank ever. The customer service is terrible. I've been a loyal customer for years. And they always give me a hard time.I wouldn't recommend anybody go to this location. I will be going out my way just to avoid this location. So sad
I went into this branch to make a withdrawal and get an account statement. And I was informed that each account statement would be a $7.00 fee for each statement. The teller was rude, unprofessional and not friendly. I did inform her I will be reporting this bank and Branch for charging excessive fees for account related products.
