Banking is strange to me these days. The fellows working inside were very professional and courteous. I just do not understand Banks in these not so halcyon days of consumer tomfoolery.

I was waiting for 2 hours and saw 2 customers turned away. My situation was not rectified and I am waiting on my mail.
It is 1 PM on Monday. Says they are open online. They are not and no posted signs explaining.
This bank intentionally stole from us. We had deposited hundreds of dollars into our new account. When we went to pay our bills and make purchases they charged us over $400 in insufficient funds fees. They failed to inform us that they were putting a 5 day hold on our deposit. They refused to work with us and continued charging us fees even after we closed the account. This was the worst bank experience ever. They are leaches.
