we opened our business account, but had to change its name and get an entirely new EIN because its easier to do it than changing EIN, after inquiring banker advised that it will be easier to open an entirely new business account which me and my partner agreed. Banker took all our documents, scanned it and even mentioned to my partner that it will be sent to him by email.
