I had great customer service from the branch manager, Jose, who helped me with State of Il paperwork. Jose went out of his way to help me claim my Illinois unclaimed property which was a long process requiring multiple notarized Illinois forms as well as a letter from the bank. Thanks Jose!
No access to atm when closed. Card entry doesn’t work. I guess US Bank doesn’t think people in lower income areas need access to their money after hours.
