A dedicated and sincere teller when I visited on Saturday morning. No long line waiting in the lobby and maybe it was end of the month. I liked the remodeling look in the Chinatown Branch. The only thing raised my concern is parking in Chinatown Square.
Racially profile guests. Had an issue with my debit card and I called corporate and they told me that it didn’t make any sense.
