They’re ATM had a malfunction when I deposited money, they gave me a number to call, I called and they said I had to wait 10 business days for them to issue me a credit or the branch manager could give me a provision credit, they said they would call me back once they balanced the ATM but they still haven’t called me back
Worst costumer service. Deposited my check for $700 they only let me use $100 of it. If I had cashed the check, they would’ve gave me the full $700 and then I could have deposited the cash. this place makes no sense.
I had $1000 on my savings so I wouldn’t get charged a $4 monthly fee and they charged anyways and refuded to refund me. Worst bank and costumer service
