If you have a u.s. bank account and need to go to their atm dont bother. You might as well just go through the drive-thru. The ATM is located on the front of the building with no coverage or drive-thru capability. You have to park and walk up to it.
Surprised by the lack of customer service. My little one and I visited this bank with her coins considering opening a savings for her and was directed to travel to Rexburg or Idaho falls before our intentions where even expresses because we had coins. I fully planned on rolling out our own coins and adding whatever nessisary funds to create an account. We were sent packing.
