The people at the bank are not bad people. They are just working, the bank itself however, is a terrible institution. They have held my money hostage for 5 days I was unable to use my debit card and unable to get my money out due to a Levy against my account. I promptly paid that Levy and was still unable for a week to use my debit card and which time a lot of my bills were not able to come out. When I went into the bank I was greeted by a gentleman named Luke who took me to a side office and assisted me and dealing with the check that I was unable to get cash in the local area due to not having a local bank that was from first Franklin financial and first Franklin didn't have a local bank for me to be able to cash the check on and so when I showed up at the bank we were originally going to deposit the check into my mom's account and her give me the money but the check wasn't able to be deposited due to the fact I w... read more

My Dad closed one of his accounts out 4 days early. He is elderly, and thought he was closing it out at the appropriate time. The person “France”did not tell him he was closing it out early. He had to pay out over 3,000.00, AND they took money out of the principle. Do better US bank! Do you like taking advantage of the elderly???? Do you feel good about this!! Sickening.
