That ATM Spittin
All information on the web site says they open at 9:00 am. We arrive at 9:01 am and they are not open. The door also says 9:00 am. So we call and their people call well it doesnt open untill 9:30 am. They give us the run around on the phone after calling the manager, he will not open the bank which makes us late for our appointment. What poor customer service. Well blame it on Covid!
I dont understand why there isn't more tellers,with lobby closed the drive through always has 15 to 20 cars waiting..I have 4 cars ahead in my lane and nobody has moved for 10 minutes
How is there not more reviews on this branch??? Best customer service ever and big shout out to Jeremy. Knows me by name and crushes all aspects of his position. VERY recommended.
I bankrd at usbank in two different states they have everything even credit cards for bad or no credit ppl like me. I know longer need a bank when I got my ssdi or id still b banking there. It truly is my #1 choice of bancs in America!!!!!!#
