really bad customer service. I make a deposit on friday 01/27/17 And they don't want to make my funds available. until the next Thursday 02/02 asked to return my deposit back. And they say NO.. I asked WHY? And they just make happy face . And now I have a to pay fees If I try to use my own money.. but now is tuesday 02/07 and still waiting for my money they say maybe my money will be on Thursday 02/08. 5 months with this bank and just happened this time. and they told could be happen in the next time I make a deposit. think ... read more
Worst and slowest customer service!!!!! Arabians should never be allowed to work if they do not speak English or work with American money!!! I will be closing my account with this bank what horrible service!!!!
