The 2 stars are for US Bank 10 stars are for Heather the bank manager..She is awesome..On two different occasions my deposits were held and or returned when they should not have been and both times Heather got to the bottom of it, got it to the right people and got it resolved..The thing that is really impressive about her is that this isn’t my home bank..I just happen to deposit here a couple times because they are the only branch open after 5pm..When I called her about the issue for the second time I hand just got off the ... read more
Had a scheduled appointment with them for August 6 at 2:30pm. You think they attempted to call? Nope! But they sent out a reminder email and text. This is the 3rd US Bank that did follow through with their appointments. Guess I’ll take my business and money elsewhere.

It is not open till 7 PM as it says. Drove 35 minutes just to find out it’s closed. Seems a little unprofessional.
