Was going to use the atm to make a deposit to my checking account, but it wouldn't allow a deposit transaction. The branch (including the drive thru), has not been open since March. Very frustrating. The closest branch within a live person is Coralville or West Branch.
Manager talks down to you when in discussions. When trying to ask a question the manager illuminates information in the form of a quiz. He should just tell me what he's trying to say, don't quiz me. Also don't imply you're superior in intellect, it's demeaning and makes him look like a kid. I'm twice your age with a masters degree, I'm no better than anyone else The rest of the staff was polite and respectful.
ATM is great!! But bank employees can be very rude & not very helpful. Sad.. :(
