Horrible customer service system. No one knowledgeable, cutoff connection 3 times, cannot explain how to get clear title even after loan payoff, extremely unresponsive corporate support. They just don't care about customers. NEVER BORROW FROM THIS BANK.
Very disappointed. It took them four weeks to send me the title after paying off my truck. If a dealership ever offers US Bank for financing again, I'll gladly pay more to avoid them.
Avoid this bank like the plague, 3 hrs on the phone to have someone tell me payoff my truck will have to be by check......!!! Never again!
