We arrived very soon after they opened on Monday to get something notarized for my father (who banks there regularly) which literally would have taken less than 5 minutes and the teller refused to help us without an appointment! Except the place was empty! Seriously we would have been happy to wait or make an appointment but she said that she had no time today! Wow! Just wow!
Apparently something that should be free to everybody, breaking bills! I guess you have to have an account for at this Bank! I will never have an account with you! That is the most ridiculous policy I've ever heard in my life! Do better!
My recent transaction with US Bank was a wonderful experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, they showed genuine concern for my needs and went above and beyond to be sure I understood and set up follow up appointments to be sure I know how to use the accounts to my best interest.
Jeff has helped me with two rather unusual transactions in the past year. He has been very thorough and focused on the details to complete the necessary work. Jeff is very professional and knowledgeable, I see him as an asset for the branch overall and myself personally.
Staff are friendly. Good location. Just wish the inside was updated a bit
