I went in with my mother to be added to one of her accounts. After a short wait Robert, who I think is the manager, came over and told us we needed to make an appointment. I asked if it was possible to do it while we were waiting because I didn't think it would take very long and he became very condescending and rude. I finally asked why he was acting so annoyed and rude and then he just became more condescending. I was very disappointed with the attitude of unwillingness to help.
