A drive up only location that doesn’t specify on Google so you get there with the check and they send you to a different location. Absolutely useless
This is the worse bank I have ever dealt with. They refused to raise my mobile deposit limit so I had to drive 30 minutes to make a deposit. In our new town there are only two branches and one is drive thru only.. we discovered that both locations are closed on Saturdays so had to wait till Monday and found out that the drive thru only place won't do cashier's checks so had to book it all the way to the other location to get a check. I paid an outstanding debt a year ago, which they made me pay in cash which I thought was kinda weird. Today I got a letter in the mail saying I still owe it!! So someone stole the money. Absolutely terrible.
On Saturday you open at 9 and close 3 hrs later what’s the point of even being open
