0 STARS. I went to use the drive-thru atm this morning to withdrawal money. The transaction was declined. That was already an inconvenience to me because I checked my account in the morning prior to making the trip to the bank, I knew I had sufficient funds. I park and use the walk in atm machine outside this establishment. Again the transaction was declined. I did not receive cash. On my account both transactions are showing as if I got the cash. I cannot say enough great things about all the Great people at US Bank in San Jacinto, CA. In my 30 plus years of Banking at various Banks, NON have impressed upon me more than The Great Bankers at this location.
