I have been a customer with US Bank for over 20 years! The bankers at the San Jacinto branch are so very helpful and Tawny always goes above and beyond to help me with my financial needs. I love this bank.
The staff is very helpful and kind.Miss Tawnie is the sweetest and she helped me open a savings account!
0 STARS. I went to use the drive-thru atm this morning to withdrawal money. The transaction was declined. That was already an inconvenience to me because I checked my account in the morning prior to making the trip to the bank, I knew I had sufficient funds. I park and use the walk in atm machine outside this establishment. Again the transaction was declined. I did not receive cash. On my account both transactions are showing as if I got the cash. Declined my card but still took money out of my account and it took a long time to get back. Use the ATMs at your own risk
