Have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. If I could give zero stars I would, however it wouldn’t let me post if I did.
8/16/25 @ around 2pm I went to this branch . The door was open. Once teller was serving two customers. Another guy was using a computer but still told me they are closed.left without getting service. I usually go there and this guy never seen there before. Sounds Rude!!
Hours for Bank are incorrect. They close at 5PM not 6PM.
Everyone at this location is friendly and great. I’ve been banking here for 10 years. Awesome customer service, they explain everything clearly and let you know your options, they actually care and want to help. When I began banking here I was financially unstable and was treated respectfully regardless, now that I am financially stable I am still treated with the same courteousness, something you can not say about every bank location! They are also so respectful and welcoming when I bring my kids in with me, at other banks ... read more
