Everyone at this location is friendly and great. I’ve been banking here for 10 years. Awesome customer service, they explain everything clearly and let you know your options, they actually care and want to help. When I began banking here I was financially unstable and was treated respectfully regardless, now that I am financially stable I am still treated with the same courteousness, something you can not say about every bank location! absolutely the worst bank ever if u wanna get robbed of all your money go here! the bank itself has stolen around $200 of my money and it’s ridiculous nobody’s helped me nobody’s done a damn thing same thing happened to my dad and one of my friends, and when i did try calling there was a message talking about how i’m gonna be waiting on the phone for a while because there’s an unusual number of calls !! makes sense everybody’s having problems, i sat on the phone on hold for 2 god damn hours i’m so pissed us bank is the worst... read more
