I'm from the valley and I love this this particular branch they will always make me feel welcome and at home . The branch manager Lizette she's always nice as a big smile and makes me feel appreciated and it makes my day every time I see her. This branch has helped me through struggles in the past to to get through hard times with my finances I will always remember that and I'm thankful for this branch
The staff here goes out of their way to take care of their customers and make them feel appreciated.
Worst bank in the history of ever. No one ever knows what they are doing. Wait times are absolutely life consuming. Terrible customer service. Lack of knowledge. Probably could get done what you need to, as long as you don’t need it this year :)
Sat in the drive through for 5 mins before someone came and then when I was filling out the deposit form she walked away and was gone for another 5 mins. Had to say something into the microphone so that 4 of the workers that were standing around would say something and she would come back. Never had such sh-tty service in a USBank. 🤬🤬
