US Bank is the friendliest, most user friendly bank in the country. I'm always treated with respect and greeted with a smile. I'm not joking. Unlike the other big banks, they treat their customers like real people. 5/5.
Bank is a bank but it just depends on your needs but pretty good
This bank is the worst. Waited almost 11/2 years after my husband passed away to let me know about a line of credit my husband had and never used, it has accumulated interest upon interest, due to something like a surcharge for just having it. They are heartless and I hope the worst for them. This is not the first time since my husband passed that they have given me problems. I actually thought the accounts I had with them were closed, but guess what? I suppose they will find something else to charge me for.
I was taken advantage of by their employees. Elderly, disabled and terminal. What I deposited financially was literally stolen as well as my identity, by employees. My personal information spread by the assistant manager to all her friends. After she was fired. At my age, how am I going to live??? Just say NO to us bank. Notice the lower case?
