Customer service is terrible 0 communication skills.
Today the drive-through was not busy at all. The employee was friendly when I asked her to complete my transaction in a specific way. The only thing was the wait was a bit long for them not being too busy.
I was taken advantage of by their employees. Elderly, disabled and terminal. What I deposited financially was literally stolen as well as my identity, by employees. My personal information spread by the assistant manager to all her friends. After she was fired. At my age, how am I going to live??? Just say NO to us bank. Notice the lower case? Regarding this financial horror of a bank. Truth is truth, lies...are lies. Let them lie in their own greed.
This place is slow ridiculous their manager don't help in line for almostv45 min
No cars in the drive thru line ,went for a simple deposit was there for 45 min . Had to call the teller button 5 times to remind her I was there waiting . Horrible branch and very rude
