Heather is the best. I rarely have an issue, and if I do, normally it comes as a charge or issue from an outside bank or credit union, but she always has an avenue to make it right. I highly recommend US Bank and this branch specifically.
Heather was amazing, she managed to fix a mistake on our accounts in a couple of hours, when 10 different customer service representatives couldn't. Thank you so much for the time and dedication you put into it! Stating the obvious, the five stars are for this specific location, not for the US Bank :)
This is a bank yes? Then why pretend to be a credit union?? Ive been with you all for years now and now for rent ive been getting cashiers checks. At $11 each?? For your members?? I would understand that for non-members... I also just noticed a $7 monthly maintenance fee?? What are you maintenancing? I dont have overdraft protection or anything like that so why are you just taking my money?? Once again this isnt a credit union, stop acting like it!!
