I own multiple businesses and as such do a lot of banking. And I use multiple branches, This branch is by far and I mean very far the best run branch in Albuquerque. Its logical to assume the leadership at this branch is making a real difference in their customers experience.
The banker Ann, was extremely professional and knowledable in helping us rectify a problem with our account. I have worked with her in the past, and I have always been very pleased with our interaction
When a bank wants to charge you $5 dollars to cash there check is a total rip off it there check talking about bank robbers
Horrible customer service. There were several customers in line (3 in the lobby and 2 at the drive-throughs) and only one person was behind the counter to service them. "Grace," who must be a manager, walked past twice and both times she said, "he'll be right with you guys." Grace saw he was backed up both times. Why didn't she jump behind the counter to help?
