When a bank wants to charge you $5 dollars to cash there check is a total rip off it there check talking about bank robbers
Horrible customer service. There were several customers in line (3 in the lobby and 2 at the drive-throughs) and only one person was behind the counter to service them. "Grace," who must be a manager, walked past twice and both times she said, "he'll be right with you guys." Grace saw he was backed up both times. Why didn't she jump behind the counter to help? Worst experience at this specific bank. Ann at the drive up, attitude was awful. Called the bank to ask some questions when I showed up it was a completely different story about how a check deposits. You work at a bank learn some manners. The teller needs to work at an establishment she might be able to handle talking to customers. Being at the face of customers is not her key point nor is her hospitality.
I’m a new home buyer with no knowledge what so ever. I was given Keith to help me out and got an application started and to my understanding my credit was pulled then I’m not sure what happened but he is no longer with US bank so he passed me on to Tammy Weiman who is almost impossible to get ahold of and for almost a month I’ve been just trying to ask her how she wants my bank statements sent and I have to get a response.
