3rd time trying to make a deposit that I end up waiting over 15 mins. It's quicker to drive an extra 6 miles to another location. We bank with 3 banks and this is the worst customer service for making a deposit.

Wow!!! The worst US Bank i ever went to. Service was really bad. These people do not care hete. Wow!!!
