Very friendly service. Maximum ATM withdrawal too low. A long time ago, I had a bad experience trying to get a bank signature guarantee that I needed on a document from my investment company. Apparently US Bank doesn't do those. I was very angry at the time. I was able to do that elsewhere. Overall, I'm happy.
