The banker I worked with in the drive-thru was incredibly rude. I accidentally drove up to the window and she let me know that wasn't a lane. Fair enough, I misread that lane was "ATM only", but I'd never been to this branch before. Once in the correct lane, I sent off a check to deposit for my business. She never once greeted me. Never once asked to verify I wanted to deposit or cash the check (there were NO deposit or withdrawal slips in the carrier). This is not the branch I normally go to, but I was nearby and decided to make a large purchase. I stopped in to take out a relatively large amount of cash. The teller was very polite, and took extra measures to verify my identity which I really appreciated.
The bank in Menomonee Falls is a pleasure to work with. I want to say thank you to Jenna she has been a great help!
