Arrived early Tuesday morning, ask for a cashiers check. Staff was helpful and polite. Don’t know anyone else’s experience but mine was fine.
Kimmy made my experience great getting a money order today. We chatted and she gave me reccomendations of fun places to go in tacoma, gave me really helpful advice regarding my money order, and was overall super kind and friendly throughout the whole interaction. Just had to leave a 5 star review after she helped me.
We had a good experience here banking. Staff was helpful and friendly. We don't understand why the rating is so low and we will definitely go back to Covington, WA location for banking purposes since that is the area we are closest to.
I came in after missing my appointment time, and Mr. Haji was still able to help us! We are so appreciative of his time and patience and are considering opening up a credit card with US Bank. Thank you!
Worse management , always if u use ATM they stocked 10/20/bills not able to choo100 bills
