Tried contacting the bank officials through the phone.....got a runaround with the automated system for a solid 20 minutes that I finally gave up on. Going to the branch on Hwy 99 was also a waste (the reason for the call), as the doors and the teller window were shut down during business hours.
Job slowed down because of COVID and came across hard times and went in to the negative. I finally worked very hard to get funds back in to the account and us bank sent me to collections Us bank is working against at this VERY hard time.
Always under staffed. The tellers work as fast as they can. Waited 30 minutes for a notary, after he was done with the customer ahead of me the banker just closed his computer and left and no one said anything. Im not going back to that location again, especially to get important time sensitive paperwork notarized.
Bad experience went to get money out of the atm (3rd time I’ve tried) and there’s never any money in it. Had workers standing inside watching me but couldn’t refill the atm! Don’t go here if you need money!
