I ran into an issue with my new account and called the 800 number, and while they were helpful, I just wanted to talk to someone face-to-face to figure out my options. After I goofed up the online appointment system and showed up on the wrong day, Robert was understanding and helpful. He helped me understand my options and what I should do next. What I most appreciated was that he made recommendations based on what would work best for me, rather than just trying to make a sale.
Quiet, fast service on a weekday afternoon. They do cashier’s check, money orders, and notary services, which is just what I needed. Notary is free if you are a US Bank customer. There is also a mailbox nearby in the same shopping center.

This isn't my home branch, but I had just gotten some loan docs notarized nearby and wanted to submit them to the bank ASAP. Moe could have easily sent me to my home branch, but he made it his mission to take care of my needs. I appreciate the imitative and customer service mindedness.
