Friendly staff. But they are usually pretty busy because only few staffs are working at this branch. Best to make a appointment with one of the bankers.
Everyone is nice, the place is clean and tend to you right away.
I ran into an issue with my new account and called the 800 number, and while they were helpful, I just wanted to talk to someone face-to-face to figure out my options. After I goofed up the online appointment system and showed up on the wrong day, Robert was understanding and helpful. He helped me understand my options and what I should do next. What I most appreciated was that he made recommendations based on what would work best for me, rather than just trying to make a sale.
