Christopher Allman was ordered by Honorable Gerald Rushfelt in 2006 to meet the plaintiff in a case pending before the court to work out a civil settlement, but All-man kept on objecting to the judge's order. I had accused consular officials of violating 5 federal laws (2 criminal), 17 federal regulations and 4 advisory cables to unjustifiably deny my fiancee a visa.
